George Warren, an Independent research chemist in Houston, Texas,  developed the special processing method that prevents the spoilage without diminishing the essential properties of the Aloe Vera plant. This new method completely eliminates the aloin, which gives a bitter taste ( and the greenish color ) to Aloe Vera juices. He also successfully removed the polysaccharides and thus, George's "Always Active" Aloe requires no refrigeration, will not spoil in its natural state. This method adds no water, no preservatives, no chemicals of any kind. The finished product looks and tastes like spring water.

What is HomeAgain?
HomeAgain is an advanced pet identification and retrieval system. A microchip with a unique identification code is implanted between the shoulder blades of the pet. The pet is enrolled in the American Kennel Club (AKC) Companion Animal Recovery (CAR) program. AKC-CAR maintains a national database and is available 24 hours daily, 365 days a year. When a lost pet is found, it can be scanned at an animal shelter or the clinic of a participating veterinarian. The animal's identification number is called into AKC-CAR (1-800-252-7894), and the pet owner is notified immediately. AKC-CAR also has an e-mail address where found pets can be reported (found@akc.org).
Why is microchipping the preferred method of identifying pets?
All pets should wear collar tags imprinted with their name and the phone number of their owner or veterinarian, but tags can come off. Tattooing pets with a number - often the owner's social security number - is another method of identifying pets, especially dogs. However, veterinarians and pet rescue experts say tattoos can blur over time, making them difficult to read, and they can be altered. It's possible, says the AKC, that duplicate tattoo numbers exist. A microchip provides a permanent form of identification with a unique number that cannot be altered.

Sticky Paws for Furniture keeps cats from scratching furniture. It will also keep them off anything that you want. This is the product we use and it has been easy and effective. When we brought our feral boy, Sam, inside he immediately started scratching the furniture. We watched what he liked, stuck some Sticky Paws on it and he was cured. Of course we also gave him alternate things to scratch but the whole process took about three days! It can been applied wherever cats like to go but shouldn't be going. It has proven effective as a cat behavior modification tool to keep them away from stereo speakers, drapes, counter-tops, even your favorite pillow.
