Doris Day Animal League - The Doris Day Animal League is a nonprofit, national, citizens lobbying organization formed to focus attention on issues involving the humane treatment of animals. Working with members of the House of Representatives and the Senate both in Washington, D.C., and their home states and districts, the League's goal is to pass laws to reduce the suffering of animals anywhere they are mistreated.
